Rates of HIV in Gwynedd are among the highest in Wales outside of Cardiff and SwanseaHaving sex for the first time is one of those big decisions - you may think that a lot of people are doing it but the fact is that they're not. 3 ot of 4 young people under 16 are not having sex.
