Physical activity
A piece of large fruit
e.g. a slice of melon or half a grapefruit
1 medium size fruit
e.g. an apple, orange or banana
2 pieces of small fruit
e.g. plums
1 cup full of very small fruit
e.g. grapes, strawberries, raspberries
½ to 1 heaped table spoon of dried fruit
e.g. sultanas, raisins, dates
2 tablespoons of vegetables
These can be raw, freshly, cooked, frozen or from a tin e.g. peas, carrots, beans
Bowl of salad
A glass of fruit juice without sugar
