Blueberry, banana and pineapple smoothie

For an easy way to get your 5 a day why not try making a fruit smoothies, its easy cheap and healthy!

What you need

  • 4 Cups of blueberries
  • 4 Cups of chopped bananas
  • 2 Cups of pineapple juice
  • 2 Cups of natural yogurt
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 Teaspoons of honey for sweetness if needed

What to do

Simply add all the ingredient to a smoothy maker or blender, mix until smooth and serve!
