Inside a healthy lunch box

This group is important for growing children; the calcium in milk, cheese and yoghurt helps your children’s bones to grow strong. - 4. Feeling Fruity
Eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables everyday helps you to stay fit and healthy. Try to include fruit or vegetable sticks in the lunchbox. - Drinks

This group includes fatty and sugary foods, e.g. cakes, biscuits, crisps and chocolate. Eat less of these foods!
