FACT: Sexually transmitted infections (STI's) are a major cause of illness and death around the world. Rates of HIV in Gwynedd are among the highest in Wales outside of Cardiff and Swansea.Practicing safe sex means that you are able to enjoy sex in a way that also protects your health and well-being. Because safe sex reduces your risks you can also relax and enjoy sex even more.

Over 50?
Sexually transmitted infections do not distinguish between the 18 year old and the 80 year old - the same risks apply in undertaking similar sexual activities across the entire age range.
