Blueberry, banana and pineapple smoothie
For an easy way to get your 5 a day why not try making a fruit smoothie, its easy cheap and healthy!
What you need
- 4 Cups of blueberries
- 4 Cups of chopped bananas
- 2 Cups of pineapple juice
- 2 Cups of natural yogurt
- Ice cubes
- 2 Teaspoons of honey for sweetness if needed
What to do
Simply add all the ingredient to a smoothy maker or blender, mix until smooth and serve!
